Yes! You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and unwashed.
Refunds: Store credit valid for 1 year (shipping fee deducted).
Exchanges: We cover the cost of sending the new item; you bear the return shipping cost.

Most items are machine washable — wash cold and avoid tumble drying. Do not dry directly in sunlight to prevent fading.
